How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who reaches Reliablemodels Tree Service should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to file a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You may contact us about:
- How your call or contact with Reliablemodels Tree Service went
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider we connected you with
When the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If tree work at your home went badly, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be dropped. Keep in mind that Reliablemodels Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider’s work, or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@reliablemodels.living and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider’s name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Happy?
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state’s consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
